In case we get any extreme hyper customer who won’t be in mood to give you such details to launch his complaint, So how would we handle these type of customers and how do we proceed with his complaint? Please explain
Hi Rehan, the customers usually contact on TCS helpline when they are either seeking some piece of information (inquiry) or they have a complaint to make. In both of these cases, the customer expects a response or resolution from you so the customers will in any case cooperate.
